Clyde Blackmon began practicing law in September, 1969. He was motivated to seek a career in law by his passion for history and a belief that law is history applied. Over the course of four decades practicing law, Mr. Blackmon has never lost sight of the importance of law in the community. The law helps regulate relationships between people and government, and among all people.
His appreciation and dedication to improving the Sacramento community is reflected in his nonprofit service. Since 1993, Mr. Blackmon has served on the board of Reduction Services, a local nonprofit organization that promotes the health and dignity of individuals and communities impacted by drug use.
